Warm care, like light on the skin
Sometimes your skin doesn't ask for cream. It asks for light. Not shine, not texture - but the feeling that the sun has just looked at you.
I make an oil that I wear as blush. Just a little bit on my cheekbones, above my upper lip, on my eyelids. It doesn't make your face look different. It just reminds you: you're alive. You're here.
✿ Recipe for "Shine"
10 ml grape seed oil (light as silk)
1 drop CO2 carrot extract (radiance)
a pinch of saffron (literally 2-3 threads, leave for a day, then strain)
1 drop of vitamin E (optional)
→ Apply to cheeks as a daytime ritual.→ Better with fingers, without a mirror.
This oil does not make up. It makes a presence. This is how grapes smell when they are almost ripe. This is how August looks.
📌 Phrase for the Sun Notebook: Sometimes beauty is just the way the light reflects on you.
