Greece is like a rhythm.

In Greece, you don't have to adjust to the time.It is already configured differently here. The morning doesn't start abruptly. It unfolds gradually, through the light, the air, the silence of the streets.Even the traffic is softer here, as if the world knows in advance that there is no hurry. The rhythm of Greece is not about slowness. It's about consent. It's about the ability not to resist the day, but to go along with it.
I've often noticed how easy it is to make plans here. Not because something is going wrong, but because it becomes clear that there is another way. In this rhythm, the tension of choice disappears. You don't have to decide if you're doing enough. No one demands speed, efficiency, or results. Greece lives in pauses.Between the words.Between the steps.Between the sea and the shore. The islands and the mainland sound different, but they have one thing in common - they don't break a person's inner tempo. They adjust to it.
Over time, you begin to feel that this rhythm stays with you even after you leave. It shows up in the way you walk, the way you look, the way you wait. Perhaps that's why Greece doesn't end at the border. It continues — in movements, in silence, in the ability to be inside the moment. And if you let this rhythm stay, life becomes a little less rigid and a little more lively. Sometimes you want to live in such places not according to a schedule, but at your own pace — I collect routes and spaces here where this rhythm is felt especially clearly.
