Heat formula

Updated: Jun 30

There is a warmth that is not from the fireplace. But from a sunspot on an old table. From the peel of a tangerine that leaves its aroma on your fingers. From olives laid out in a clay bowl and honey that stretches like time at noon.

It's not food. It's a formula for warmth that can be repeated. Not just in December — but especially when it gets chilly inside.

How to assemble the still life "Formula of Heat":

  • 2 tangerines , preferably with leaves

  • a handful of green olives , preferably in oil or with spices

  • tsp honey in a small cup

  • a piece of goat cheese (optional)

  • white ceramic plate or clay bowl

  • everything is on light wood or linen

  • add a sunbeam (or a candle if it's winter)

How to use:

  • Like a morning ritual without words

  • As a snack before writing

  • As a photo to save the season

  • Or just as something that can please the body without unnecessary noise

📖 I wrote in my notebook: “Light is also care. It can be eaten if collected correctly.”
