Ensana Nové Lázně Health Spa Hotel 5*

Ensana Nové Lázně Health Spa Hotel 5 — Mariánské Lázně, Czech Republic*

Why it's my favorite: This is one of the most prestigious and beautiful spa hotels in Mariánské Lázně—a historic hotel with a royal history (King Edward VII bathed here). Connected by covered walkways to other Ensana hotels, you can enjoy the vast Roman baths, pools, and treatments without going outside. Ideal for those seeking complete wellness: mineral springs right on the premises, peat wraps, CO2 baths, mud treatments, and treatments without waiting in line. The treatments have a 9.4/10 rating—guests report noticeable improvements in digestion, joints, skin, and overall well-being. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, like a quiet seaside getaway, only with healing waters and forests all around.

Reviews (summary from 2025–2026): Overall rating: 9.4/10 (249+ reviews), treatment: 9.4/10. Guests praise the friendly staff, quick treatment appointments, cleanliness, delicious dietary meals, free access to large pools and saunas, and the historic atmosphere. There are a few downsides: not all rooms have balconies, and the food sometimes feels "dietary" without much flavor.
